Whitney Giordano Foster is a fashion enthusiast and entrepreneur who turned her lifelong passion into a thriving business. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Marketing from Southern Miss, Whitney founded Material Girls in 2004 in Flowood, MS. The boutique quickly became Mississippi's leading women’s clothing store, expanding to a second location in 2006.

In 2013, Whitney married Bradford Foster, a local insurance agent, and they have two children. Balancing family and career, Whitney launched Highland Park by Material Girls in 2018, with a second location opening in 2020. In 2024, she merged Material Girls and Highland Park to create a refined shopping experience, aligning with her customers' evolving lifestyles.

Highland Park offers chic, modern styles, high-end clothing lines with extended sizing, modest swimwear, and home accessories. The shopping experience is enhanced by a kid-friendly area and personalized styling services from a dedicated staff. Whitney’s vision continues to connect with both loyal customers and new visitors.
