Shipping policy

All orders are processed within a few hours if your order is received Monday through Friday before 12PM CST. This DOES NOT include weekends. This means that if you ordered on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed for shipping the following Monday, unless that Monday falls on a holiday.

All packages are shipped UPS GROUND anywhere in the US. We will not be held responsible if the mail carrier loses your package, in addition we are not responsible for:

  • Delays with UPS shipping

We will send you an email of completion when your order is ready. Typically fulfilled within a few hours.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking or In store Pick Up  information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@shophighlandpark.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
