Refund policy
At Highland Park by Material Girls, we want you to love every purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help with an exchange (in-store only) or store credit under the guidelines below.
In-Store Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.
- After 14 days, items are not eligible for return.

Original tags must be attached, and your receipt or packing slip must be included.
- If a receipt or packing slip is not provided, return credit will reflect 50% of the item’s value.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Please include your return invoice with all eligible items in your return package. Items not listed on the return invoice will not be processed or credited.
- Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until your return has been processed.
Final Sale Items:
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items discounted 20% or more

Accessories, jewelry, purses, seamless wear, bralettes, and sale items
