Refund policy

Return Policy:

At Highland Park by Material Girls, we want you to love every purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit under the guidelines below.

 

General Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.
• After 14 days, items are not eligible for return.
• Original tags must be attached, and your receipt or packing slip must be included.
  
• If a receipt or packing slip is not provided, return credit will reflect 50% of the item’s value.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
• Please include your return invoice with all eligible items in your return package. Items not listed on the return invoice will not be processed or credited.
• Store credit cannot be applied to a future purchase until your return has been processed.

Final Sale Items:

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items discounted 20% or more
• Accessories, jewelry, purses, seamless wear, bralettes, and sale items
